Registration Fee
There is a once only registration fee, per child, of €100.00 (non refundable).
Once the registration fee has been received the application will be processed
and the child will then be placed on the waiting list.
Deposit
A deposit of €500 is payable when each child is allocated a place at The
Windmill and will be added to the first invoice. The deposit is refundable when
the child leaves, providing the required notice has been given in writing and
the account is clear. The written notice must be received 30 calendar days
before the child’s last day of attendance.
Term Fees
Invoices for term fees are based on 3 terms over the school year, resulting in
three equal invoices per year.
The cost per term is based on the number and type of sessions your child attends per
week.
Full Day Sessions (09:00 to 14:45)
- 1 Days - € 850.00
- 2 Days - € 1,700.00
- 3 Days - € 2,550.00
- 4 Days - € 3,400.00
- 5 Days - € 4,250.00
Morning Sessions (09:00 to 12:00)
- 1 Sessions - € 480.00
- 2 Sessions - € 960.00
- 3 Sessions - € 1,440.00
- 4 Sessions - € 1,920.00
- 5 Sessions - € 2,400.00
Afternoon Sessions (12:15 to 14:45)
- 1 Sessions - € 393.00
- 2 Sessions - € 786.00
- 3 Sessions - € 1,179.00
- 4 Sessions - € 1,572.00
- 5 Sessions - € 1,965.00
Each child must attend on 2 seperate days per week and sessions may be mixed
(i.e. one full day and one morning session).
If your child starts in the first half of a term you will be required to pay the
full term fee, a 50% reduction will be made for any child starting during the
second half of the term.
The definition of half term in relation to fees is the date exactly half way
between the start and end date of a term (not necessarily the holiday during a
term).
Fees are to be paid in advance before the date of payment on the invoice or
before your child’s first session.
If a child’s last day of attendance is during the first half of term and a full
terms fee has been paid, half of the term fees will be reimbursed providing the
required notice period has been given.
Failure to pay before the payment date specified on the invoice may result in
reallocation of your child’s sessions to the next child on the waiting list and
a forfeit of your deposit.
Session fees are charged whether the child is present or not, for example if the
child is sick or extra holidays are taken during term time, missed sessions
cannot be refunded or deducted from the term fee.

windmill toddlers
There are no annual fees or invoices required to attend the windmill toddlers.
The group is organised on a pay per session basis. The cost per attendance is €5 per family.
