school concert for parents
At the end of the Autumn term before the Christmas holidays, the children
perform a concert for parents / guardians and guests.
The children prepare for this in advance and are very proud and keen to
entertain you.
school photographer
In the second half of the Autumn term we have a professional children’s
photographer attend the school. He takes individual pictures of all the children
plus a class photo. The pictures are always ready in time to send to
grandparents or relatives for Christmas.
sports day
Near the end of the summer term, we hold a sports day in which the children take
part in games and races.
They prepare for this in advance by practicing the various events and at the end
each is presented with a medal, where everyone is treated as a well deserved
winner.
parents junk modeling week
One week during the school year (depending on the term theme) we invite parents
/ guardians into school to help your children build something out of junk, which
is usually associated with the current theme.
Junk being cardboard boxes, plastic bottles, paper etc.
